Delivery
All products will be posted to you at the address provided. Please ensure you enter your details correctly. We have a flat rate shipping charge of £5. This applies regardless of the amount of items you purchase or where you are in the world.
Our aim is to post your item within 24 hours of receiving your completed and paid for order.
Please allow 14 days for delivery on most items. Bespoke or special orders may take longer, please refer to the product description.
Returns
All return postage must be paid for in full by the sender. We will not refund postage either for the cost to send the product to you or the cost for you to return it.
Dockyard Carving Tools can be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The stropping kits can also be returned as long as they have not been opened or used.
Please contact us if you want to return an item, stating the reason for the return. If we agree to the return, please send it back in appropriate packing to protect it. Please keep a post office tracker number for your return to ensure you can prove it was sent back. See our terms and conditions page for more information. As long as the product is in its original condition with no personal or bespoke additions, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs.
